Her Majesty's Ambassador to Bulgaria Steve Williams conveyed the following National Day message from The Queen to the President Georgi Parvanov:

It gives me great pleasure to send my congratulations on the celebration of Bulgaria's 100th Anniversary of Independence, together with my best wishes for the happiness and prosperity of the people of Bulgaria.
