Mr Steve Williams, Her Majesty's Ambassador to Bulgaria

 

Steve Williams has been British Ambassador to the Republic of Bulgaria since October 2007.

 

Mr Williams was born on 20 July 1959 in Coventry. He graduated from Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge University in 1980, where he studied Geography. Mr Williams joined the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) in 1981. He is married to Fiona. They have two daughters, Clare and Emma, and one son, Ross.
